Emergence is back as a full festival. After a run of smaller one-day gatherings, we’re bringing back the multi-day format that made it worth the drive.
There’s a city day for people who are closer to the metro, and then the festival itself, with talks, workshops, music and the people who keep the creative scene here moving.
The city day
A day of conversation for the people building creative careers and businesses. Practical, direct, and useful on the way home, not just on the day.
The festival
Two days of talks, hands-on sessions and late nights. Room for the established names and the people who’ve never had a stage before. Come for the programme, stay for the people.
If you can’t make the trip
A metro showcase brings the best of the festival to you, so you don’t have to be in the South West to be part of it.
Be first to know
Tickets, speakers and the full programme go to the mailing list first.
Emergence Creative acknowledges the festival is held across the lands of the Whadjuk and Wadandi Boodja peoples. We recognise and respect their continuing culture, and ask you to tread lightly and with respect on their country.
