This Emergence session features:
An interactive workshop to develop your pitch skills and learn from industry experts. Discover the finer points of presenting your case, whether it be to land a new gig, attract an investment dollar for your start-up, or convince your boss of the merits of a new creative project. This workshop will help you pick apart your pitch, craft a case for your idea and nail the ask.
Panel discussion led by creative industry leaders to explore Pitchcraft in the current creative business environment.
South West Angels pitch event: be part of the audience for the South West Angels pitches, watching founders and entrepreneurs pitch their business to potential investors. Emergence participants will have the opportunity to be part of the ‘speed pitching’ session (1 minute open mic). This event will include networking drinks with fellow delegates, pitchers and panellists to round out the afternoon, before the Emergence closing event at Colonial Brewery at 6.30pm.
South West Angels is a for-purpose NFP and member-led Association comprising actively engaged private investors that seek to provide investment capital – financial and intellectual – and mentorship to innovative businesses and emerging ventures in the south west of Western Australia.
