Glenn Sarangapany is a multi award winning songwriter and composer for film, television and
video games. For the last 8 years he has overseen the music creation and sound design for
advertising campaigns as creative director for Electric Sheep Music and Panda Candy.
His extensive training in jazz guitar and classical piano combined with a string of chart topping
radio hits have given him a unique perspective on writing music. He has also had the privilege
of working and composing music with the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra on multiple
occasions including a performance at the AFL Grand Final half time show. He has been the
musical director for acts such as The Veronicas and Kim Churchill. Currently, Glenn writes
music and performs with his band Birds of Tokyo who have just finished a sold out tour
performing their music with symphony orchestras from around the country.
When he isn’t on the road, Glenn can most often be found playing the piano, playing the guitar
or battling the forces of darkness on his PS5.
