Josh Edge is an internationally award-winning Creative Director and Copywriter, who has spent the past 16 years working on some of Western Australia‘s largest (and smallest!) creative clients. Josh has worked on developing integrated brand campaigns for clients such as Bankwest, Synergy, RAC, Curtin University, Perth Zoo, BGC Contracting, Bunnings, St John WA, ECU, Amnesty International, Jesters, Kelloggs, and Lotterywest, and has been awarded for creative excellence and effectiveness at international award shows including D&AD, London International Awards, the Clios, PADC and AWARD Australia. He has been President of the Perth Advertising and Design Club for the past two years, and has regularly tutored and judged the next generation of advertising talent at WA Universities and the Advertising Council’s AWARD School program.
He won a Gold Effie in the Education category for his work on the digital ‘The Box’ Campaign for Curtin University, which was recognised as one of the most effective creative communication campaigns for the university sector. For the past few years, Josh has led large and innovative creative departments across
digital and traditional creative as a Senior Creative at The Brand Agency and Creative Director at Longtail (Perth’s premier creative digital specialists), Meerkats, now Wunderman Thompson (the purpose-led business transformation agency) and is now Head of Creative with creative partner Rikki Burns at Marketforce. He is deeply passionate about the role of businesses in making people’s lives better, and a strong advocate for the power of creativity in making the world a (slightly) better place to live.
