Steve has been working in the tech industry for over 20 years and has a passion for making a social impact using technology. Steve has been bringing together people with skills and creative ideas to solve crazy hard problems for companies like Atlassian and Yahoo!. Steve has used his experience to understand, write and speak on the patient experience in healthcare, accessibility, and inclusion and this led him to co-found a startup which uses technology to give people with disabilities greater independence.
Deeply curious about the way things and people work, Steve has a passion to connect people with needs and lived experience with with problem solvers and continues to promote initiatives that can accomplish this. This includes being involved in events throughout the UK, Australia, Singapore, US and Germany for startups, peer mentoring or solving complex problems teaching people how to code, extend their skills, or improve their impact on others seeking out a more inclusive and impactful life.
