Suzanne Rosa

Behaviorist - Suzanne Rosa

Suzanne Rosa is a creative strategist, behaviourist, and provocateur of public discourse.

Born in England, now based in Sydney, (but a long time Perthie of 25 years) her early life included foster care, homelessness, and living in a truck across Europe. That upbringing shaped her fascination with human connection and the systems that hold us – or fail us.

She holds a Master’s Behavioural Sciences, with research in pro-social leadership and the psychology of turning meaningful ideas into action. Her work blends behavioural science, creativity, and real-world traction to help people and organisations move bold ideas forward.

Suzanne is a former TEDxPerth curator and creative director at the Museum of Freedom and Tolerance. She’s known for pushing boundaries – fighting for taboo topics like Sex, Love & Relationships (which sold out in six hours) and developing challenging work like The Perpetrator’s Shadow, which was pulled for being too controversial but quietly supported under her personal brand.

She’s an ambassador for R U OK? and Nakuru Hope, is the founder of The Rosa Centre in Kenya and was nominated for WA of the Year in 2016 for her community impact.
