This Privacy Policy outlines how The Creative Corner (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”) collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained from participants in the Emergence Creative Festival (hereinafter referred to as “the Festival”). Use of Information 2.1 Personal information collected from participants may be used for the following purposes: – Facilitating registration and participation in the Festival – Communicating with participants regarding the Festival, including updates, announcements, and prize distribution – Evaluating submissions and administering judging processes – Analysing demographic trends and preferences to improve the Festival experience 2.2 The Organiser may also use personal information for internal record-keeping, statistical analysis, and research purposes.

Disclosure of Information 3.1 The Organiser may disclose personal information to third parties, including: – Judges and evaluators involved in the Festival – Sponsors, partners, or affiliates of the Festival – Service providers engaged to facilitate Festival operations (e.g., event management, technical support) 3.2 Personal information may also be disclosed if required by law or in response to legal proceedings, court orders, or government inquiries.
